Ventures Into Healthcare Sector

Joland Group via one of its company has on 24 June 2019 executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Selgate Healthcare, a wholly-owned company of Selgate Corporation Sdn Bhd which wholly owned by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor and subsequently an Agreement to Lease and Provision of Maintenance Support on 30 June 2020 for another healthcare project known as “Paragon Medical Centre” in Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru.

Under the terms of the agreement, Paragon Earth Sdn Bhd (“Paragon Earth”), one of the company of Joland Group, will construct a complex that includes in particular a 90-bed medical centre, carpark, food and beverage premises and retail shop lots on the Land with the provisional of maintenance and support services and shall grant Selgate Healthcare a 15-years of lease with an option to renew for a further term of 15 years to operate Paragon Medical Centre.
