PEKAN NENAS INDUSTRIAL PARK (Completed Project)

Joland Group launched its first industrial park known as Pekan Nenas Industrial Park in 1992. Pekan Nenas Industrial Park centrally positioned within Zone C Iskandar Malaysia which offers various platforms and opportunities through its attractive incentives package which focus on the growth and development of the New Economic Model of Malaysia.

In 2018, Paragon Bizhub Sdn Bhd (“Paragon Bizhub”) acquired 29 units of the 1½ storey semi-detached factory in the Pekan Nenas Industrial Park, along with 15 parcels of vacant industrial land, one parcel of vacant commercial land and one parcel of vacant hostel land, measuring a total of 42.52 acres to be used for further development and management.
