PARAGON MARKET PLACE (Completed Project)

Paragon Market Place is a joint venture project between Joland Group and Kuopacific Group. It is a three storey retail mall, strategically located in Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru, totaling approximately 157,247 sq.ft net lettable area.

Inspired by the nearby Kempas Baru’s railway tracks, Paragon Market Place resembles a real railway station. Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) trains pass by Paragon Market Place from Johor Bahru’s City Center to Kempas Baru. The unique facade of the premise makes it an appealing and significant landmark in Johor Bahru.

The retail mall includes 199 units of retail stores and pushcarts and around 700 free car parking bays. Among the retail stores, the highlight will be the anchor tenant TF Value-Mart and a food court with a variety of delicacies.

Moreover, outdoor spaces are available in certain retail stores on the ground floor—this spectacular design inspired by rows of market stalls with a shaded roof in Malaysia. Shoppers may freely stroll alongside the outlets by the roadside to enjoy a cozy evening breeze.
